Where we use AI
- Free tools: to analyse public web pages, summarise findings and suggest fixes.
- Research and drafting: keyword research, content briefs, first drafts and code suggestions.
- AI visibility tracking: we ask AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode) buyer questions and record which businesses they name.
What we never do
- We never use your confidential data, analytics exports or customer data to train AI models.
- We never put your credentials, personal data of your customers or unpublished business information into public AI tools. We use business accounts with data-training turned off, or tools under contract that do not train on our inputs.
- We never publish AI-generated content for you without human review, fact checks and your approval.
- We never make decisions about individuals using AI alone.
Human review
Every deliverable is reviewed by a named person before it reaches you. For healthcare, finance and other regulated sectors, content also goes through your compliance review.
Providers
The AI providers we use, and where they process data, are on the Sub-processors page.
