Your CV, contact details, work history, portfolio, interview notes, test results and, at offer stage, references and the documents needed for employment law and tax.

To assess your application, contact you, make an offer and meet legal obligations.
Who sees it
Only the people involved in hiring, and our recruitment tools. We do not share it with anyone else without your consent.
How long we keep it
12 months after the role is filled, so we can contact you about similar roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you join us, it becomes part of your employee record.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application, by writing to privacy@mrooi.com. Country rights in the country notices also apply.
