/01 Acceptance

By using any Mr.Ooi free tool (including the AI SEO site audit, AI competitor intelligence, keyword intelligence suite, social intelligence AI and YouTube AI audit), you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer. If you use a tool for a business, you accept for that business.

/02 What you may scan

Scan only websites, profiles or channels that you own or are authorised to audit, or public pages of other businesses for ordinary competitive research. You must not use the tools to probe security, overload or disrupt a site, get around access controls, paywalls or robots rules, or collect personal data. You are responsible for every scan made from your device or account.

/03 Licence and restrictions

We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tools and their reports for your own business. You must not: use bots, scripts or automation to access the tools; scrape, copy or resell results in bulk; build or train a competing product or AI model with the tools or their output; remove Mr.Ooi branding from reports; or get around rate limits. We may limit, suspend or block access at any time, without notice, if we suspect misuse.

/04 Ownership and data

Mr.Ooi owns the tools, their design, code, models, prompts and report formats. We may keep scanned URLs and results for 90 days to provide reports, and use anonymised and aggregated results indefinitely to improve the tools and publish benchmarks that do not identify you. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

/05 Results

Results are automated estimates. They may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional advice. Check them, or ask for a human-reviewed audit, before acting on them.

/06 No warranty

The tools are provided free, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, availability, fitness for purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent the law allows. We may change, limit or withdraw any tool at any time.

/07 Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Mr.Ooi has no liability arising from the free tools, and if liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to INR 1,000 (or USD 15, or its equivalent in your local currency).

/08 Your indemnity

You will indemnify Mr.Ooi against claims by third parties arising from scans you run or your use of the results in breach of these terms.

/09 Law

These terms are governed by the law in the Master Services Terms clause 20 for your country.
