What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
- We verify your identity by replying to the email address we hold. We never ask for passwords, and we ask for ID only if the request cannot be verified otherwise.
- We complete the request within 30 days. If we need more time or cannot do part of it (for example records we must keep for tax law), we explain why.
- If you are not satisfied, you can escalate to the country officer listed in your country notice or complain to your regulator.
