Do these laws apply to Mr.Ooi?
The California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) applies to businesses with annual gross revenue above US$26,625,000 (the 2025 inflation-adjusted figure), or that buy, sell or share personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers or households, or earn half their revenue from selling or sharing it. Similar thresholds apply in other states. Mr.Ooi may be below these thresholds, but we offer these rights to every US resident anyway.
