Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel a project or sprint in writing before we start work (before the kick-off call), we refund 100% of the amount paid within 7 business days.
Paid audits
Not refundable once the readout has been delivered. If you cancel before we start the audit, we refund in full. The audit fee is credited to a sprint signed within 30 days of the readout.
Projects and sprints already started
- Projects: you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date; any prepaid amount above that is refunded.
- 90-day sprints: if you cancel in writing before day 45, the second instalment is not charged; the first is not refunded.
Retainers
Retainers have a 6-month minimum term, then continue monthly until cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for a month already started are not refunded. Prepaid months beyond the notice period are refunded, less the 10% prepayment discount already received on them.
Guarantee refunds
Speed guarantees are refunded as described in the Guarantee and Refund Policy.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, with a GST credit note issued under section 34 of the CGST Act.
How to cancel
Email hello@mrooi.com from your registered email with the order number. We confirm within 1 business day.
