/01 Contracting entity

For clients in Singapore, services are provided by the entity on your proposal, listed on Company Information. All other terms are in the Master Services Terms.

/02 Prices and tax

Prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude Goods and Services Tax, which is charged at the prevailing rate (9% since 1 January 2024) only if the contracting entity is GST-registered in Singapore.

/03 Payment

Invoices are due within 7 days. Late amounts carry interest at 1.5% per month and reasonable recovery costs.

/04 Third-party rights and limits

A person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these Terms. The limitations of liability in the Master Services Terms are agreed between businesses as reasonable for the purposes of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

/05 Governing law and arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. After the 30-day senior discussion, any dispute will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre under its rules in force at the time, before one arbitrator, seated in Singapore, in English.

/06 Marketing messages

Mr.Ooi checks Singapore telephone numbers against the Do Not Call Registry before sending marketing calls, SMS or messaging-app messages, unless the person has given clear and unambiguous consent, and follows the Spam Control Act 2007 for commercial emails, including a working unsubscribe facility and the "" label where required.
